Role Overview: This full-time, onsite position is primarily focused on morning operations. You will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional Breakfast Service that surpasses client and guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the front-of-house team to provide outstanding service across all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Serve as the welcoming face of the hotel, engaging guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
• Address challenges with calmness, creativity, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the Breakfast Service, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Onboard, coach, and develop team members, sharing knowledge to support their growth.
• Provide hands-on support to the team as needed, including coffee preparation, restocking breakfast items, and table clearing.
• Embody the Accor Heartist spirit in all interactions, delivering the brand promise with genuine care.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Food & Beverage service (e.g., café, bar, restaurant, room service, events).
• A valid NSW RSA is essential.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• A team player, willing to assist wherever required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to different situations.
• Ability to lead by example and positively influence and motivate the team.
• Full-time work rights in Australia.

Salary: $31.30 – $46.95 per hour.
