Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley is seeking a full-time Breakfast Host | F&B Team Leader to join their team in Windsor. This is an onsite role with a salary of $27.97 + loadings + super + impressive benefits!

We are currently looking for a full-time Food & Beverage Team Leader with a primary focus on our breakfast service at Gazebo Restaurant.

About the Role

This position is predominantly breakfast-oriented, requiring availability to start shifts from 6:00 am. While your main responsibility will be to lead the morning service, you may also be called upon to assist other Food & Beverage outlets as operational demands dictate.

You will be a hands-on leader capable of coordinating daily service delivery while upholding our superior branded guest experience. Your role will involve supervising, guiding, and supporting the team throughout breakfast service to ensure smooth operations and memorable guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily breakfast service operations
• Deliver a seamless, connected, and memorable guest experience
• Supervise and support team members in their development and engagement
• Respond confidently and professionally to guest feedback and service issues
• Ensure service standards and structured sequence of service are upheld
• Support other outlets when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Hotel Food & Beverage or Restaurant leadership role
• Strong barista skills, including coffee art capability
• Experience using POS systems such as Micros
• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and professional presentation
• A dynamic, confident, and approachable leadership style
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and festive periods
