Café All-Rounder - Miss Cocoa's Coffee Roastery Drive-Thru

Miss Cocoa's Coffee Roastery Drive-Thru is seeking a Café All-Rounder to join our busy team. We are located in Urraween, Hervey Bay, serving our community with quality coffee and excellent customer experiences from early morning to afternoon.

Position: Café All-Rounder Work Type: Casual Location: Hervey Bay Roles Available: 2 part-time roles

Hours:

• 20+ hours per week, casual basis
• Operating Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 4:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Saturday: 4:30 am - 2:00 pm
• Sunday: 4:30 am - 2:00 pm

About the Role: This position involves preparing and serving food and beverages, operating the point of sale, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. You will also assist with kitchen duties, including food preparation and dishwashing, and provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues professionally. Effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations is essential, as is meticulous adherence to food standards and health and safety guidelines.

About You: We are looking for an individual with:

• Hospitality experience, encompassing kitchen, front of house, and barista duties.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a friendly demeanour.
• Excellent self-leadership and customer service skills.
• The ability to accept feedback to learn and meet customer expectations.
• A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, with enjoyment for working as part of a team.
• Availability to work rostered shifts across our operating hours, including public holidays and weekends.
