Lovewell Project Cafe, a social enterprise located in Mount Gravatt, is seeking reliable Casual Cafe All-Rounders to join their team. This onsite position offers a work type of casual.

The role involves:

• Ensuring customers feel welcomed and providing excellent service.
• Serving food and beverages.
• Taking customer orders with a friendly demeanour.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and operational flow of the cafe.
• Collaborating within a team environment.

The ideal candidates will possess:

• A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to assist wherever required.
• The ability to perform well in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Availability to work weekends, which is essential.
• Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, though attitude is paramount.

Please note: The cafe is not accessible via public transport; therefore, reliable personal transport is required.
