Cafe Manager – Wildflower Hurstville
Wildflower Society is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager for a new store opening in Hurstville. This full-time, onsite role offers daytime hours only, with no evening work, and a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year.

About the Role: As Cafe Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, foster a positive team culture, and ensure that every shift meets our standards for food, coffee, service, and hospitality. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present on the floor, coaching their team, and cultivating a welcoming, consistent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Leading daily store operations.
