Key Responsibilities:

• Manage venue opening and closing procedures, setting the daily standard.
• Lead the Bakehouse team, ensuring high quality, sharp presentation, and efficient service.
• Prepare consistently excellent coffee, particularly during peak periods.
• Maintain composure and control during busy periods, equipment issues, or customer influx.
• Uphold the Rick's Garage standard across all products, customer interactions, and experiences.
