Case Manager Toll Group Adelaide SA Full-time, Remote

Our Global Logistics division offers comprehensive supply chain solutions, from end-to-end services to part solutions, encompassing warehousing, distribution, and dedicated transport across the globe, reaching even remote locations. The Government & Defence sector provides specialised logistics expertise, including relocation services. We collaborate with government clients at all levels to deliver a wide array of logistics solutions, from distributing healthcare products and managing employee relocations to delivering government vehicles and supporting helicopter rescue services.

The Opportunity Due to sustained business expansion, an engaging opportunity exists for a Case Manager to join our Government & Defence team in Adelaide. This role is pivotal in supporting relocation initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members and their families throughout their relocations across Australia. Our team is committed to ensuring ADF Members experience an exceptional relocation journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality, end-to-end relocation experience for relocating ADF members and their families through expert case management, policy adherence, advocacy, and escalation resolution.
  • Manage expectations by ensuring members and their families understand the service scope and the relocation lifecycle.
  • Perform proactive and technically proficient administration of Defence relocation policy and entitlements, ensuring benefits and entitlements align with policy and client key performance indicators.
  • Respond to routine telephone and email inquiries.

About You:

  • Case management experience in a similar capacity (e.g., global mobility, assignment management, insurance, or travel) would be advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret policy and legislation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
  • Mandatory requirement: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
