Situated in Pokolbin, Nineteen Hunter Valley is a dynamic and busy hospitality location encompassing a Sports Bar, Beer Garden, Restaurant, and premium Event spaces. As our venue grows, we are keen to recruit motivated hospitality professionals dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences.

About the Role We are looking for individuals who:

• Have prior experience in food and beverage service.
• Deliver welcoming, professional, and consistent customer service.
• Excel in a busy, high-energy setting.
• Are dependable, present well, and work effectively within a team.
• Have availability during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Experience with a la carte dining will be highly regarded.
