Casual Gaming Attendant

Easts Group, trading as Sydney Roosters, is seeking Casual Gaming Attendants for its venue in Bondi Junction. Easts provides a modern environment featuring the dining area Olive & Oak and the sports bar Artie’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage various gaming facilities including poker machines, Gaming Cashier, TAB, and KENO.
  • Assist customers with machine payouts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the venue.
  • Provide service including preparing coffees, food items, and mixing drinks.

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in delivering personalised customer service with excellence.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • A current RSA & RCG competency card is mandatory.
  • A current ARCG is desired.

Availability:

  • Flexibility with availability is required.
  • A rotating roster involving weekdays, nights, weekends, and public holidays will apply.
