Casual Waitstaff - The Wharf Restaurant & Bar

The Fresh Collective is seeking experienced casual Waitstaff for The Wharf Restaurant & Bar, a new establishment at Sydney Theatre Company. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hospitality, creativity, and the vibrant atmosphere of a cultural hub.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service.
• Create memorable experiences for pre-theatre diners, local patrons, and guests celebrating special occasions.
• Collaborate effectively with bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Contribute energy, detail, and personality to the floor during each shift.
• Participate as a member of a team that fosters collaboration, respect, and excellent hospitality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a Front of House role within a premium venue.
• Availability for mainly evening shifts, typically from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Approximately 15 to 20 hours per week are available.
• Demonstrated confidence, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to function as a team player and perform in a fast-paced environment.
