Compass Group is seeking reliable Cleaners to join their team, supporting the Australian Defence Force through their ESS business. This role is integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for Defence personnel on base.

Motivated and reliable cleaners are encouraged to apply. Candidates holding Australian Government security clearances from Baseline and above will be highly regarded, as these clearances facilitate access to sensitive and secure sites. Remuneration packages are competitive and will be determined based on individual clearance levels.

Responsibilities:

• General cleaning duties in accommodation, offices, and common areas.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage areas.
• Adhering to safety and hygiene standards and site-specific procedures.
• Providing service with attention to detail.
• Collaborating within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities experience.
• A strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends if required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.
• Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement.
• Driving License (preferable).

Clearance:

• Clearance levels from Baseline and above will be highly regarded.
