Compass Group is seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners for a full-time, remote position in Ipswich. This role supports the Australian Defence Force through our ESS business, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for Defence personnel at RAAF Base Amberley.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties in accommodation, offices, and common areas.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards and site-specific procedures.
• Deliver exceptional service with attention to detail.
• Collaborate within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities.
• A strong focus on safety and teamwork.
• Good communication skills and reliability.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends if required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.
• Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
