Virgin Active is seeking a Club All Rounder for a part-time, onsite role at its premium facilities in St Leonards. The St Leonards club, located in St Leonards Square, spans 1,158 sqm and features dedicated spaces for Boxing, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, and Grid Training, alongside strength, cardio, and functional training zones. Your Role

As a Club All Rounder, you will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary end-to-end member experience. This includes:

• Welcoming members and prospects with warmth, energy, and genuine care, assisting them with their needs.
• Providing heartfelt service at every touchpoint, addressing queries about classes, memberships, and facilities, supporting bookings, processing payments, and resolving general enquiries.
• Supporting member retention through a seamless break-up experience and offering relevant re-engagement solutions.
• Ensuring studios are immaculate before each class by cleaning equipment, including bikes, boxing bags, weights, mirrors, and floors, to the highest standard.
• Maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and presentation of all club areas, including studios, changerooms, and common spaces.
• Acting as a visible ambassador for the brand's values, culture, and standards.

About You

• You have aligned experience, potentially from working with a high-profile consumer brand, and may have retail or hospitality sector experience.
• You value high standards and understand the impact of exceptional service and immaculate spaces on a premium member experience.
• You are people-focused, enjoy connecting with others, solving problems, and creating memorable experiences.
• You are self-assured and calm under pressure, a good listener, communicate clearly, and know when to step in or escalate issues.
• You are driven and organised, managing your time effectively, juggling priorities, and taking pride in thorough execution.
• You possess a can-do attitude, thinking on your feet, adapting quickly, and embracing change.
• You are safety-minded and detail-oriented, holding (or willing to obtain) a First Aid certificate and a Working With Children Check.
