This is a casual concierge role designed to align with your life, schedule, and preferred working style. You can pick up shifts across a prestigious Brisbane CBD portfolio at times that suit you, with no lock-in commitment or fixed hours. This role is an ideal complement to a hospitality career, allowing you to apply your hotel and front-of-house skills within premium commercial buildings on your own terms. Work when you choose, alongside professional property, facilities, and security teams who value excellent service. Every shift and every building presents a unique experience.

Brisbane | Land of the Turrbal people

CBRE manages some of Brisbane's most prestigious commercial buildings and is establishing a casual concierge pool to support its Brisbane CBD portfolio. These are ad hoc shifts focused on flexibility, enabling you to pick up cover when it suits you, without fixed hours or commitment.

If you have a background in hotels, luxury hospitality, or premium front-of-house roles and are seeking professional work that accommodates your existing commitments and lifestyle, CBRE invites you to apply.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to tenants, visitors, and stakeholders in premium commercial buildings.
  • Manage visitor arrivals, access passes, and front-of-house processes with accuracy and care.
  • Handle tenant and visitor enquiries with confidence, discretion, and efficiency.
  • Support building events, activations, and community experience initiatives.
  • Assist with meeting room and flexible workspace coordination as required.
  • Work collaboratively with onsite property, facilities, and security teams across the portfolio.

About You:

You are a hospitality professional with extensive front-of-house experience, seeking flexible work that respects your time and leverages your strengths.

  • A background in hotels, luxury hospitality, concierge services, or premium customer-facing roles is required.
  • You are polished, warm, and confident engaging with a wide range of people, including senior stakeholders.
  • You are organised and solutions-focused, maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
  • You are comfortable using building systems, booking platforms, and basic AV technology.
  • You are looking for ad hoc, flexible shifts that fit around your existing commitments.

Why CBRE?

  • Genuine flexibility: Pick up shifts across a prestigious Brisbane CBD portfolio when it suits you, with no lock-in or fixed hours.
  • Work in premium commercial environments where your hospitality background is recognised as a valuable asset.
  • Become part of a professional team with the support of a globally recognised real estate business.
  • Benefit from an inclusive culture that offers wellbeing programs, employee networks, and paid volunteer leave available to casual employees.

Can CBRE inspire you to join them?

At CBRE, an unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion begins with you. They are strengthening their inclusive culture to ensure everyone feels safe, valued, and heard, as belonging leads to collective success.

CBRE welcomes and encourages First Nations People to apply.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake pre-employment background screening by an external third-party provider.

CBRE values human interaction to understand each candidate's unique experience, skills, and aspirations. They do not use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to make hiring decisions and request that candidates disclose any use of AI in the application and interview process.
