CBRE manages some of Brisbane's most prestigious commercial buildings and is establishing a casual concierge pool to support its Brisbane CBD portfolio. These are ad hoc shifts focused on flexibility, enabling you to pick up cover when it suits you, without fixed hours or commitment.

In this role, you will:
- Provide a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to tenants, visitors, and stakeholders in premium commercial buildings.
- Manage visitor arrivals, access passes, and front-of-house processes with accuracy and care.
- Handle tenant and visitor enquiries with confidence, discretion, and efficiency.
- Support building events, activations, and community experience initiatives.
- Assist with meeting room and flexible workspace coordination as required.
- Work collaboratively with onsite property, facilities, and security teams across the portfolio.
About You:
You are a hospitality professional with extensive front-of-house experience, seeking flexible work that respects your time and leverages your strengths.
- A background in hotels, luxury hospitality, concierge services, or premium customer-facing roles is required.
- You are polished, warm, and confident engaging with a wide range of people, including senior stakeholders.
- You are organised and solutions-focused, maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
- You are comfortable using building systems, booking platforms, and basic AV technology.
- You are looking for ad hoc, flexible shifts that fit around your existing commitments.
