CBRE manages a portfolio of prestigious commercial buildings in Sydney. We are seeking to build a casual concierge pool to support our Sydney CBD operations. This role offers ad hoc shifts designed around flexibility, allowing you to pick up cover when it suits you, with no lock-in commitment and no fixed hours.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in hotels, luxury hospitality, or premium front-of-house roles seeking professional work that fits around existing commitments and lifestyle.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to tenants, visitors, and stakeholders in premium commercial buildings.
- Manage visitor arrivals, access passes, and front-of-house processes with accuracy and care.
- Handle tenant and visitor enquiries with confidence, discretion, and efficiency.
- Support building events, activations, and community experience initiatives.
- Assist with meeting room and flexible workspace coordination as required.
- Work collaboratively with onsite property, facilities, and security teams across the portfolio.
About You:
You are a hospitality professional with extensive front-of-house experience seeking flexible work that respects your time and utilises your strengths.
- A background in hotels, luxury hospitality, concierge, or premium customer-facing roles is required.
- You are polished, warm, and confident engaging with a wide range of people, including senior stakeholders.
- You are organised, solutions-focused, and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure.
- Comfortable using building systems, booking platforms, and basic AV technology is desirable.
- You are looking for ad hoc, flexible shifts that fit around your existing commitments.
