KPAT Hotels Mooloolaba $26 – $33 per hour Full-time, Onsite

Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel is assembling a dynamic team dedicated to delivering effortless, stylish, and memorable guest experiences. This is an opportunity to join our Front Office team as a Concierge, contributing to our service culture and crafting unforgettable stays.

This hotel aims to redefine the Mooloolaba visitor experience. Situated 100 metres from its pristine beach, the hotel is located where surf breaks meet the lively esplanade. Its design will harmoniously blend contemporary aesthetics with coastal influences, providing an ideal setting for a beach escape with an adventurous edge. The 12-storey coastal landmark will feature 180 rooms, rooftop dining, wellness areas, engaging event spaces, and a distinctive brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation and reservations, by making arrangements or identifying suitable providers.
• Addressing special requests from guests with unique needs and following up to ensure their satisfaction.
• Gathering, summarising, and providing guests with information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
• Answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Contacting the appropriate individual or department, such as Bell Attendants or Housekeeping, as necessary to resolve guest issues.
• Coordinating tasks and collaborating with other departments to ensure the efficient operation of the Concierge section.
• Managing guest luggage and valet services.
