Waves on the Beach is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Cook for a casual, onsite position at our vibrant beachside restaurant in Frankston, Victoria. This role offers flexibility within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to established high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely and quality service.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
• Essential fryer cook experience.
• Strong food preparation skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work weekends and weekdays. Lunch and dinner shifts are available.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
