Cater Care - Group is seeking a Corporate Chef for its operations in Parramatta, NSW. This is a permanent, full-time role.

The role is suitable for a professional, self-motivated, and detail-focused head chef or chef manager ready for their next career step. The team will provide support and training in required skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering the corporate food team's vision, supporting the senior corporate chef and acting senior dietitian.
• Develop compliant, scope-based menus for sectors including education, remote, aged care, and childcare.
• Conduct detailed recipe testing and development, and complete recipe and menu costing.
• Support the culinary component of new site mobilisations.
• Assist with the planning and operational delivery of significant client events and functions.
• Inspire culinary teams nationally through engaging, hands-on culinary training.

About You:

• Possession of formal trade qualifications as a certified chef, with a deep commitment to food safety and HACCP regulations.
• Culinary leadership experience from head chef and/or chef manager positions in large-scale catering.
• Ability to adapt to workplace technology, including Google programs and specialised software such as Souped Up.
• Strong interpersonal skills to successfully engage and inspire kitchen teams.
• Ability to operate with autonomy on independent tasks and work collaboratively within a small team.
• A strong, detailed work ethic, positive attitude, and flexibility for interstate travel requiring a couple of nights away from home per trip.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is highly advantageous.
