What to Expect:

• Customer Service Excellence: Impress our guests with your warm, engaging, and efficient service, transforming each visit into a memorable and delightful experience.
• Service and Order Handling: Accurately take food and drink orders, collaborate with your team to deliver them to the kitchen or bar, and serve them promptly, all while maintaining high energy and a fun atmosphere.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with our kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow team members to foster a seamless, efficient, and high-energy work environment.
• Cleaning Duties: Maintain a fresh and immaculate environment by performing routine cleaning tasks.
• Create a Safe Entertainment Environment: Identify and assist patrons who may not be experiencing the enjoyable atmosphere we aim to provide within our club.

About You:

• A passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest feels valued.
• The ability to thrive in a lively hospitality setting with a proactive attitude.
• Enjoy working collaboratively and be consistently prepared to assist your teammates.
• Maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation.
• Currently hold, or be willing to obtain, an RSA, RSG, and Food Safety Certificate.
• Flexible availability, particularly during evenings and weekends.
• Experience within a gaming environment is a significant advantage.
