Customer Service Attendant - Vikings Sports Club
Parramatta Leagues PTY LTD is seeking Customer Service Attendants for Vikings Sports Club, located at 35 Quarry Rd, Dundas Valley NSW 2117. This is a part-time, onsite position.
These roles will encompass all-rounder duties, with available positions being Permanent Part Time or Casual, requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week. The successful candidates must be able to work within a roster that may include morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
The responsibilities of this role will cover both Food & Beverage and Gaming functions:
Food & Beverage Duties:
- Engaging with customers to manage and recommend food and beverage orders.
- Handling cash and utilising the POS system for order management.
- Performing barista duties, bar service, and assisting with functions, including setup and reset of function spaces.
Gaming Duties:
- Providing bartending services and delivering food offerings.
- Handling cash and assisting with payouts.
- Troubleshooting gaming machines and providing information about the venue and promotions.
About You:
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work a rotating roster, which may include school holidays, public holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Enjoys building relationships with members, guests, and colleagues.
- Maintains exceptional grooming and presentation.
- Previous experience as a food & beverage attendant, gaming attendant, or barista in a hospitality venue is highly desirable.
- Hold a current RSA & RCG, or be willing to obtain them.
