Customer Service Manager Regus Australia Brisbane QLD Full-time, Onsite

This role is central to our expanding global organisation, with accountability for all facets of your centre's performance. You will be provided with the autonomy and resources to manage your centre as if it were your own enterprise. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad scope, including:

  • Managing all on-site operations and activities.
  • Addressing and resolving challenges as they arise.
  • Conducting tours for prospective clients.
  • Engaging in upselling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Prioritising exceptional customer care to foster brand ambassadorship among clients for yourself, your team, and IWG.

About You: Ideally, you possess experience in leading a small, cohesive team and achieving targets. You may have previous experience managing a flexible workspace centre, or alternatively, a retail store, restaurant, or any site with a strong customer service emphasis. Beyond your inherent sales and commercial acumen, your mindset is paramount: passion, drive, ownership, and resilience.
