Andrews Airport Parking, Australia's largest off-airport parking provider with nearly 30 years of operation in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide, is seeking Customer Service Officers. We pride ourselves on delivering "good old-fashioned service."
Opportunities are available for Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service Officers to join our Hendra, Brisbane team. We are looking for individuals with a warm, professional demeanour and a passion for customer care to fill this hands-on position.
The Role, Rates, and Rosters
Customer Service Officers are integral to our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front counter alongside fellow officers.
- Processing on-site customers and vehicle keys.
- Handling phone reservations and inquiries.
- Communicating with shuttle bus drivers and yard officers.
- Providing support to these staff members during their breaks.

As of June 28th, rates and rostering are as follows:
- Both full-time and part-time positions are offered.
- A rotating roster of AM and PM shifts operates across all 7 days, planned in advance.
- Weekday base rate is $25.52 per hour, increasing to $26.33 per hour after 6 months. Higher rates apply between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Weekend base rate is $38.28 per hour, increasing to $39.50 per hour after 6 months.
- Higher rates apply on public holidays.
- Rates are scheduled for review upwards in early July.
