Applications are open for enthusiastic and energetic casual Customer Service Officers and Duty Supervisors to join the new onsite team at Mill Park Stadium. Clublinks has been appointed to manage the Mill Park Basketball Stadium, a multi-court indoor facility catering to competitions, programs, and community use.

Role Details Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, successful candidates will collaborate to uphold and deliver the high standards of service and customer experience expected at Mill Park. Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the community at the facilities.
- Supporting daily operations, including the promotion of sports programs, competitions, activities, and events.
- Addressing all enquiries received.
- Providing information to the community through communication systems.
- Utilising point-of-sale systems and processing transactions.
- Undertaking general administrative duties.
Candidate Profile You will possess:
- Previous Customer Service experience is desirable.
- Barista skills or previous food and beverage experience is desirable.
- Availability on Saturdays (essential).
- A vibrant and energetic personal demeanour.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven ability to work and perform effectively in a fast-paced, active environment.
- Relevant qualifications, including First Aid.
- A Working With Children Check.
- A current National Police Check.
