Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager - Perisher, you will join the Australian Leadership Team. You will lead one of Australia's largest and most diverse hospitality portfolios, encompassing Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Retail, and Equipment Rental operations across our three mountain resorts.

This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, lead large-scale transformation, and create memorable guest experiences.

What You Will Lead:

• The curation and execution of apres experiences across Perisher, Falls Creek, and Hotham.
• Commercial performance, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Transformation of our Food & Beverage offering while strengthening the broader hospitality experience.
• Building high-performing leadership teams and developing future talent.
• Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic priorities and long-term growth.

What You Will Bring:

• Senior leadership experience in complex, customer-focused operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with end-to-end P&L accountability.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams, ideally in hospitality, tourism, resorts, leisure, cruise, or related industries.
• A track record of delivering transformation through people, culture, and operational excellence.
• A passion for creating exceptional guest and employee experiences.
