DUTY MANAGER - CLUB PARKVIEW

Club Parkview is seeking an experienced Duty Manager for a full-time, onsite position in Goodna. This role is for an individual passionate about hospitality leadership, exceptional customer experiences, and operational excellence.

Your Role: As Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily venue operations with a hands-on, leadership-focused approach.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards across all club areas.
• Upholding the club’s reputation for safety, professionalism, and memorable hospitality experiences.
• Ensuring adherence to all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and OLGR (Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation) policies and regulations.

Requirements: The following are required for this position:

• Approved Manager License
• RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certification
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
• RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certification
• Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
