The Role

As Duty Manager, you will be a hands-on hospitality professional who motivates the team. Hospitality will be second nature, developed from experience in Sydney's nightlife venues and pubs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Opening and closing the venue.
• Training and developing the team.
• Creating an incredible atmosphere for staff and patrons.
• Working hands-on behind the bar and on the floor.
• Motivating, inspiring, and training the team.
• Ensuring paramount patron experience.

Experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in reputable Sydney pubs, hospitality groups, or small bars will enable you to start effectively.
