Kidd Retail Group is seeking an experienced Duty Manager for the launch of Poster Boy, a new hospitality destination in the Adelaide CBD. This role offers the chance to join the opening team, contribute to shaping the venue's culture, and build something significant alongside an experienced leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily venue operations during shifts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team.
• Ensure high standards are maintained.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift reporting.
• Maintain compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, food safety, and WHS requirements.

About You:

You will be someone who leads from the front and thrives in a busy hospitality environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager (minimum 12 months essential).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Current RSA (Essential).
• RP badge (Preferred).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
