About the Role As Duty Manager, you will hold a key leadership position in the hotel's daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and supporting a service-focused team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives during busy periods, and fosters a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Inspire and mentor the Front Office team through coaching, training, and feedback.
- Deliver personalised service that reflects the Crossley boutique experience.
- Ensure consistency across hotel standards, procedures, and guest interactions.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Oversee hotel systems, reservations, cash handling, and PMS procedures.
- Support revenue performance through upselling and guest engagement.
- Work across a rotating 24/7 roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
About You You are a natural host with strong leadership instincts and a passion for boutique hospitality.

- Previous hotel Duty Manager or Front Office leadership experience.
