O'Hara Group is seeking a Duty Manager to join the team at The Camellia Hotel in Rosehill. This full-time, onsite role offers a salary of $85,000 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation and bonuses.

This position is for an individual who is friendly and enthusiastic. The ideal candidate may have prior management experience or be seeking to step into a Duty Manager role to advance their hospitality career.

As Duty Manager, you will be a leader and mentor to colleagues, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include:

• Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact, fostering a warm and welcoming environment. Utilise exceptional customer service skills to ensure memorable patron experiences, characterised by fun and positivity.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of enthusiastic individuals, maintaining a positive and motivated atmosphere dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges and ensure compliance with grace and creativity, resolving customer issues and operational issues.
• Operations: Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows, including coordinating bookings, managing stock, and overseeing staff.
• Collaboration: Work with the General Manager and support team to implement strategies for growth and improvement, contributing creative ideas for venue promotions and offerings.
