Our group encompasses four distinct Swan Valley destinations: Chapel Farm Estate, Oakover Grounds, Beelzebub Brewing Co., and Collector of Souls Distillery. Each venue possesses its own narrative, yet they are unified by a common principle: execute tasks properly, with purpose, and consistently avoid the ordinary. Oakover Grounds is embarking on a significant new phase and is assembling a dedicated front-of-house team to contribute to the revitalization of a prominent Swan Valley hospitality destination. We welcome interest from experienced Duty Managers, individuals passionate about weddings and events, or those who derive satisfaction from delivering excellent hospitality.

Positions are scheduled to commence in August 2026.

Casual Duty Managers

Duty Managers function as leaders on the floor, tasked with curating exceptional guest experiences while fostering and developing the team. Responsibilities include:

• Leading restaurant, bar, and event service.
• Supervising daily venue operations.
• Coaching and supporting front-of-house personnel.
• Managing guest enquiries and service recovery.
• Overseeing venue opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to service standards and compliance.

Weekend availability and prior experience in a Level 3 or above role are essential. RSA and Food Handlers certification are required.

Casual Wedding & Event Supervisors

Wedding & Event Supervisors are responsible for bringing each event to fruition, directing service teams, and guaranteeing the flawless execution of every celebration. Key duties involve:

• Leading weddings and private events from inception to completion.
• Coordinating service with kitchen and bar teams.
• Supervising event staff throughout service periods.
• Delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Weekend availability and previous experience in weddings and events are essential. RSA and Food Handlers certification are required.

Casual Front of House Staff

Duties encompass:

• Restaurant service.
• Bar service.
• Assisting with weddings and private events.
• Venue setup and pack down.

Weekend availability is essential. Food Handlers certification is required. For bar positions at Level 2 and above, RSA is required.
