Etymon Projects is seeking Bar Attendants and Bartenders for casual positions across its Sydney-based venues.

Role Overview You will be instrumental in delivering outstanding guest experiences by providing expert beverage service, preparing classic and signature cocktails, crafting quality coffee, and fostering a vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere. This is an opportunity to collaborate with dynamic hospitality teams in venues contributing to Sydney's dining and bar culture.

Venues

• Loulou: A French bistro in Sydney's CBD and Milsons Point, offering Parisian-inspired cuisine and an extensive beverage program.
• The Charles: An opulent brasserie combining old-world hospitality with modern style, noted for its signature duck and exclusive wine selection.
• Osteria Luna: An Italian-inspired venue located below The Charles, featuring a contemporary take on classic dishes in a softly lit, Art Deco setting.
• Poetica Bar & Grill: Situated near Victoria Cross Metro station, this bar and grill focuses on fire, wood, and charcoal cooking, complemented by a substantial wine collection.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years' experience in bar or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Coffee experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverages.
• A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment.
• A positive, professional attitude and a strong focus on teamwork.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
