This full-time, onsite role is an opportunity to support the team and help establish our new venue as a community hub.

About the Role: The Assistant Venue Leader will be instrumental in the daily operations of the venue. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts with confidence and professionalism.
• Supporting the Venue Leader in driving team performance.
• Maintaining operational standards, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Contributing to a positive team culture and strong store results.
• Ensuring every guest departs with a positive experience.
