About the Role As a Guest Experience Attendant, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their visit is seamless and memorable. Reporting to the site senior leaders, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome.
• Assisting guests with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the cinemas to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
• Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to deliver exceptional service.

About You We are looking for positive, friendly individuals who thrive in a team environment and are passionate about creating great guest experiences. While previous customer service experience is helpful, the following are most important:

• A genuine commitment to guest service and creating memorable moments.
• Team spirit, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

Availability We offer flexible, rotational shifts and require team members to be available during peak times. This includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Please provide your availability in your application.
