Nestled amidst verdant tropical gardens and shimmering lagoons, the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast features over 295 guest rooms and suites, acclaimed restaurants and bars, and more than 14 conference and meeting spaces, all situated on an absolute beachfront location.
We are seeking an experienced Outlets Manager to direct the operations of our F&B outlets. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, your core duties will encompass:
- Directly participating in the smooth and effective management of all F&B Outlets, excluding Pearls Bar & Oasis Pool Bar.
- Cultivating a robust service culture to consistently meet and surpass guest expectations.
- Managing operating budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure profitability.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment where individuals are encouraged to perform at their highest level daily.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in managing multiple restaurant/bar operations at a managerial level.
- Strong business acumen, including experience in developing and implementing budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- A genuine enthusiasm for guest engagement and establishing relationships that foster customer loyalty.
- Professional communication and authentic interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a demanding setting.
- A collaborative approach and a hands-on leadership style, with the capacity to motivate, engage, and inspire a substantial team.
- A focus on nurturing a strong company culture and values.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Previous experience with MICROS would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
