About the Role:
This is an ongoing, full-time position working 35 hours per week at the RFS State Training Academy in Dubbo. The role is classified as RFS Level 4/5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate accommodation, training, and event bookings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the RFS State Training Academy.

- Demonstrated experience using booking management systems, with a focus on accurate data entry and strong record management practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy across multiple bookings and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills, with the ability to respond professionally to enquiries and deliver a positive customer experience.
