Beachcombers is looking for an Experienced Fish and Chip Cook to join our North Beach team. Your role will involve preparing and cooking excellent fish and chip meals for our customers. Prior experience with cooking fish and filleting fish fillets is required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a range of fish dishes, including grilled, battered, gluten-free, and fried options.
• Prepare and cook high-quality chips and other side dishes.
• Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Provide friendly customer service to patrons.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook or in a comparable hospitality role.
• Solid understanding of food preparation and cooking methods, particularly for fish and chips.
• Proficient time management and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively in a busy setting.
• Dedication to upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Positive disposition and strong customer service skills.
