Felons Seafood is seeking a Floor Supervisor to join our vibrant front-of-house team. Located in Manly, Felons Seafood offers a cocktail bar and dining experience focused on Australian-caught seafood with a relaxed surf-village atmosphere.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead by example, deliver exceptional service, train team members, and manage front-of-house operations during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate the guest experience and identify areas for enhancement.
• Lead and mentor a varied team, prioritising a positive team culture.
• Address guest feedback and implement necessary actions.
• Promote a culture of care and safety throughout the business.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the venue's product offerings.
• Ensure the venue consistently meets high presentation standards.
• Assist with stock control, labour management, and daily reporting as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior leadership experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and crafting memorable guest experiences.
• Proficient leadership and communication abilities.
• A practical, hands-on approach, willing to lead by example.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• RMLV is desired.
