Jose Hospitality Pty Ltd is seeking skilled Front of House (FOH) personnel, including Supervisors, Waitstaff, and Food Runners, for its distinguished venue, Stamford Park Homestead, located in Rowville.

Stamford Park Homestead, established in 1882 by the Row family as a Gentleman's Residence, has undergone sympathetic restoration of its grounds and the homestead itself, earning it recognition as the ‘Jewel in Knox City’. The venue now features a function hall accommodating 250 guests, an existing a la carte restaurant for 200 patrons, and outdoor lawn spaces suitable for weddings and events. Operations encompass lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and high teas.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in an a la carte restaurant, including tray service and managing high volumes of tables.
• Experience with POS ordering systems and cash handling.
• A good understanding of wine, including service and recommendations.
• A current RSA.
• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, encompassing nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Desirable Skills:

• Coffee and bartending skills.
