We are looking for an experienced, professional, and passionate Food and Beverage Attendant. This role requires an individual who can provide elevated, attentive service on the floor and contribute team player energy within the kitchen. This position is suited for a hospitality professional who values precision, care, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Key Duties:

• Manage the floor with confidence in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Assist guests with menu selections.
• Provide attentive, professional meal service consistently.
• Maintain strong floor awareness and ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold high standards of presentation and venue upkeep.
• Perform kitchen hand duties, including cleaning and sanitising all utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas in line with health and safety standards.
• Offer general support to the kitchen team as required, which may include assisting with plating dishes, accepting deliveries, and organising storage.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in quality hospitality venues.
