Food and Beverage Manager - Minnippi Golf & Range
Clublinks Management Pty Ltd is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for a full-time, onsite position at Cannon Hill.
This role is an opportunity to lead at Cooee Café & Restaurant, located at Minnippi Golf & Range, a new hospitality destination 15 minutes from the Brisbane CBD. Minnippi Golf & Range features an 18-hole golf course, driving range, and a modern hospitality offering intended to be a community hub.

Responsibilities: This role requires leadership from the front while maintaining commercial awareness, balancing hands-on service with business management for a seamless, high-energy operation.
On the floor, you will:
- Set the standard for customer experiences.
- Lead, coach, and energise your team.
- Ensure smooth, fast, and guest-focused service.
- Handle challenges with confidence and a solutions-first approach.
- Contribute to the venue's atmosphere.
Behind the scenes, you will:
- Drive functions and events.
- Manage rostering, costs, and staff performance.
- Build your team through hiring, training, and development.
- Manage stock, compliance, and food safety.
- Deliver clear reporting to leadership.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong people leadership skills.
- Understanding of rostering, costs, and operations.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (essential).
- Approved Manager certification (desirable but not essential).
- Solid knowledge of food safety and WHS.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
- First Aid certification, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and Police Check.
