This is a full-time role situated at EY Sydney, presenting a significant career opportunity. The position involves shift work from Monday to Friday, focusing on corporate hospitality services.

About the Role We specialise in delivering leading experiences for our clients, their employees, and guests. An exciting opportunity exists for a Client Floor Supervisor at one of our premier corporate clients, located in the Sydney CBD. This role operates Monday to Friday, ensuring your weekends are free.

We seek individuals committed to providing class-leading experiences with a strong understanding of food and beverage. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enjoy working within a supportive team environment focused on exceeding client expectations, and thrive on interacting with people. While attitude is paramount, previous experience in a fast-paced function/banquet operation and/or catering environment is a must. Flexibility is required to work a range of early, day, and evening shifts, from 6:00 am to late, Monday to Friday.

About You - Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience

• You understand how to create excellent client experiences.
• You aim for positive client interactions to uphold our brand values.
• You possess extensive experience leading substantial teams and can effectively multitask.
• You have 2–3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a corporate, café, restaurant, or hotel setting.
• You are comfortable supervising multiple functions of 100+ guests across client floors.
• You lead by example, are flexible, adapt easily to change, and manage pressure effectively.
• You have experience delivering a wide range of services, including formal dining, cocktail parties, and working lunches.
• You hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and full-time working rights in Australia.
• You are willing to take direction, are a problem solver, and are open to acquiring new skills.
• You communicate openly and honestly, priding yourself on your integrity.
