Food & Beverage Attendant - Banquets

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, situated in Sydney NSW, is seeking Food and Beverage Attendants for its Banqueting team. These roles are available as full-time, part-time, or casual positions, with casual hours ranging from 20-37 per week depending on operational needs. This is an onsite role.

About Us: The Fullerton Hotel Sydney operates within the historic General Post Office building in Sydney's CBD. Our event spaces include the Heritage Ballroom and Heritage Conference Centre, suitable for meetings and events, and The Grand Ballroom, Sydney's largest pillarless hotel ballroom, capable of hosting up to 1,000 guests for banquets.

Responsibilities: As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the frontline of our friendly service, adept at multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements:

• A current NSW RSA certificate is essential.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred, particularly within a luxury hotel and events space environment, though not essential as training will be provided.
• Strong and confident communication skills, coupled with a passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts across a seven-day rotating roster, which includes weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• A professional appearance and demeanour.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities.
