Capella Sydney is seeking enthusiastic and service-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. This casual position is based onsite in Sydney NSW.

*Note: While this position is advertised as Casual Food & Beverage Attendant within Event Services, suitably qualified candidates may be considered for a Full-Time Food & Beverage Attendant opportunity within McRae Bar, subject to the recruitment process and operational requirements.*

The Role:

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Welcome guests and offer knowledgeable menu and beverage recommendations.
• Prepare service areas and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Serve food, cocktails, wine, and other beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Support conferences, meetings, private events, and special functions.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Talent Profile:

• Previous experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, or events is preferred.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit excellent grooming and professional presentation.
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current NSW RSA Certificate is essential.
• Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in luxury hotels or premium venues will be highly regarded.
