Are you looking to build your career in hospitality, events, or tourism? Crown Sydney, Australia’s most iconic luxury integrated resort, is home to a wide range of premium hospitality venues including Nobu, CirQ, Epicurean, and more. We are seeking experienced food and beverage hosts to join high-performing teams and work within world-class dining, bars, and large-scale events.

Available Roles:

• Restaurants (incl. Nobu): Premium dining service.
• Events and Banqueting: Weddings, corporate, and VIP events.
• Premium Rooftop Bar CirQ: Cocktails, guest service.
• In-Room Dining: Hotel guest experience (overnights required).
• Epicurean: Premium buffet food and elegant dining experience.
• Mahogany: Serving casino guests (overnight flexibility required).

About You:

• Experienced hospitality background.
• People who enjoy fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
• Current or willing to obtain NSW RSA.
• Positive attitude and reliability.

Desirable:

• Barista, bartender, host, fine dining, or events experience.
• Language skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese.
