Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge Spa & Vineyard, an iconic hinterland retreat located in Brisbane QLD, is seeking experienced and passionate Casual Food & Beverage Team Members. This is an onsite, casual role with a salary range of $32.31 – $45.24 per hour. The venue is currently transforming into a 5-star, 50+ room international resort retreat, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver seamless daily service from start to finish, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Confidently manage your own section and maintain high presentation standards.
• Support setup and service for special events, banquets, and private functions.
• Proactively upsell experiences and products to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with RSA and licensing requirements.
• Work a flexible roster including nights, weekends, and peak periods.

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a restaurant, resort, or hotel environment.
• Reliable transport to the venue, which is approximately 20 minutes from Strathpine.
• Ability to process payments accurately (cash, card, room charge).
• Previous experience with conferences or event service is a plus.
• A hands-on, proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Confidence in operations, training, and service delivery.
• Ability to work as a team player.
