Situated within the prominent Premier Tower in Melbourne’s CBD, directly opposite Southern Cross Station, our hotel spans the podium levels, offering 172 refined rooms and suites across floors 1 to 6. We are seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This leadership position offers the opportunity to guide and inspire a dedicated team, enhance service standards, improve dining experiences, and contribute innovative ideas to boost guest satisfaction. Job Description

  • Demonstrate strong leadership to oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, support the team, and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences at all points of contact.
  • Maintain composure and focus in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting, while cultivating a positive team culture that motivates and inspires.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for food and beverage, with an aptitude for engaging guests and sharing memorable dining experiences and stories.
  • Apply a flexible, guest-focused approach, capable of adapting to individual needs and professionally resolving customer concerns and service challenges.

Qualifications

  • Possess proven experience in leading and developing Food & Beverage teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with availability to work a rotating roster that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Have a sound understanding of the local dining and hospitality market, with experience in utilising marketing initiatives to enhance guest engagement and business performance.
  • Display strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to efficiently manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding consistently high standards of service and presentation.
