Levantine Hill Estate, situated in Coldstream, Yarra Valley, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead exceptional guest experiences. This role offers the chance to develop leadership skills, expand wine knowledge, and contribute to a luxury hospitality brand recognised for excellence, within a setting featuring world-class wines, exceptional food, and Yarra Valley views.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be instrumental in creating memorable guest experiences across the restaurant, cellar door, retail, and event operations. This position involves training, mentoring, and coordinating team members, working closely with the management team to maintain outstanding service standards, support daily operations, and share a passion for premium food, wine, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and engaging manner.
• Supervise, support, and develop junior food and beverage team members.
• Host guests, manage reservations, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote and educate guests on Levantine Hill wines and experiences.
• Assist with cellar door operations and wine service.
• Support stock control and inventory management.
• Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with teams across the estate to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality and a talent for creating memorable guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Current RSA Certificate.
• Certificate III in Hospitality (or equivalent).
• 2–5 years' experience in food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A professional, positive, and hands-on approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day hospitality roster.
