Position Summary:

• Provide a warm, personalised welcome to every guest, ensuring an elevated and memorable experience.
• Host (breakfast), coordinate, and manage table reservations, optimising floor plans for guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure flawless execution of our luxury service standards.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of special events and group bookings, ensuring all details align with our brand's commitment to excellence.
• Perform administrative duties, including updating reservation systems, generating reports, and managing guest communications with utmost professionalism.
• Complete opening and closing duties as necessary, which includes setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing premises.
• Communicate pertinent information to management/supervisors by documenting it in the appropriate department.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit them to the appropriate department or contact directly for urgent repairs.
• Report any employee, guest, and/or vendor incidents and accidents to management and Loss Prevention at the time of occurrence.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practising clean-as-you-go procedures.
