Royal Freemasons Ltd is seeking dedicated Food Service Assistants for part-time, onsite roles at our Mount Martha Valley facility in Safety Beach. This position offers a flexible 7-day roster.

Salary: $25 - $30 per hour.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring residents receive nutritious, well-presented meals and in maintaining a comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and an inviting atmosphere in dining areas.
• Preparing, plating, and serving meals in accordance with the Food Safety Program.
• Supporting individual dietary requirements and specialised nutritional needs.
• Providing friendly, respectful, and professional service during mealtimes.

What You Bring

• Experience in hospitality, food services, or aged care is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe food handling practices.
• A genuine interest in supporting and engaging with older people.

Mandatory Requirements

• Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (three doses).
• Annual Flu vaccination is encouraged.
• Food Handling Certificate.
