Hoopla Pakenham Kitchen & Bar is seeking an experienced and hands-on Front of House Manager for its brand-new venue opening. This is a leadership opportunity within an established business, offering a salary package of $75,000 – $85,000 per year.

Hoopla Kitchen & Bar aims to be a destination for families and food lovers, providing a fun and energetic experience. The new Pakenham venue will offer café and dining services, host parties and functions, and feature bowling, arcade, and entertainment attractions within a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The company is focused on building a culture of strong leadership, high standards, and excellent customer experiences.

The Role

As the Front of House Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, training, and developing staff.
• Running efficient, high-quality service periods.
• Managing rosters, labor, and controllable costs.
• Overseeing stock control and venue operations.
• Maintaining food safety, OHS, and compliance standards.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Working closely with senior management to drive performance and culture.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring you to lead from the floor, set standards, and build a strong team culture. Working weekends and public holidays is essential.
